Chef Richard Bottini


    Professionally trained in New York at the Culinary Institute of America, Class of 2002, and having worked beside Master and Executive Chefs in the  Eastern U.S., the Caribbean and Europe, the past two decades have given Chef Richard Bottini the experiences and direction to build his culinary passions to impressive heights. He has developed, quite naturally, into one of Tampa's leading culinary authorities, and has spent innumerable intimate evenings with his guests preparing six course meals full of surprising twists and gratifying delights.

    As Owner/Chef of Tampa's best Fine Dining restaurant, Chef Richard - a recipient of many culinary arts awards and accolades - is a creative force focused on the freshest local, seasonal ingredients, and shaped by the time honored French technique he embraces so personally and artfully.
    
    While Chef Richard Bottini is proud of many accomplishments and awards over the years, his most memorable moments involve those times when his passion for cuisine and pursuit of flawlessness are communicated wordlessly on the plate, and his dining room is filled with guests celebrating and sharing with him their most cherished special events.
